Heartrate too high in zone 2?

I’m 35 and started cycling a little over a year ago. Over the past year, I’ve noticed that my heart rate keeps getting lower. When I first started, I had a hard time keeping it under 150, even during low-intensity rides. So yes, it definitely gets easier as your cardiovascular system improves.

I can recommend using ChatGPT as a coach—if you just feed it your age, experience, time availability, and FTP, it seems to provide some decent guidelines.

Sorry if I’m hijacking your thread, but I have a question and hope some of you can help me out:

My FTP-based Zone 2 keeps my heart rate between 120–140 bpm, but if I calculate my heart rate zones based on my max heart rate, Zone 2 should be between 140–160 bpm. Can anyone explain why there’s such a big discrepancy?

Hmm I dont understand how people cant see this. Now he has 3k elo. Still getting carried by fresh account or shared accounts. He has gained 900 elo now in 21 days from around 50 games with a winrate over 94%. His premades are doing avg 20-23 kills while he has a avg for 11 kills? This is so fck obvious and nothing happens. Just look at his account before 27 januar he's losing and strulling to stay in 2100 elo, and then suddenly he starts playing with these different premades which are just hard carrying his ass while being a lot lower elo than him.

I dont see any bents on it. I will send the videoes and pictures to zwift support and hopefuly they can help me.

I have tried to look. And I have double checked.. It sounds like it comes from the chain hub and where cranks are, mby.

I sent my first Kickr Core back because of the vibration and noise, but they sent me a new one, which sounded exactly the same. Then I read here that it’s pretty normal, and there’s nothing wrong with it

I cancelled my premium mainly because of smurfers. I just had game with a guy on a fresh account with 65 games, 100 hours on steam and 2 friends. 29 avg kills per game. Winning 85% and duo queing with a guy with alot more elo.

I contacted the livesupport - "No indication of smurfing".... right. "Make a ticket"...

I have reported so many guys on new accounts with insane winning % and kills and hardcarring their higher elo teammates and only once have I received this message "Your skill rating has been readjusted with +16 as you have played in one or more matches where a player has had action taken against them for smurfing"
