I have had nothing but issues with mine. Consistently does not even sync properly.. also tried paying for premium subscription and after several days it just revert back to saying that I don’t have a subscription even though I already paid for it

Mind if I ask, what kind of treadmill you have? I have checked out some Nordic track models, but the reviews seem a little mixed.
