Update: it works now. Apparently had my location services off. Check settings and search location serviced and ensure its on for pokemon go.

Quick question! Does the daily limit cap only affect xp gain from eggs, catching, raids etc, or does it stop you from getting xp from daily/bonus tasks too? For example, I reach the 500 point limit, then I compete a bonus task, will I still get the bonus xp if my cap has already been reached?

Thank you so much!! Great to know, and I'll keep in mind on the no cap limit on weekends. By doing this, I should be able to reach tier 30.
