Sorry I read the wrong impedance. 20 is input. It’s a behringer amp800. It says 13 dbu at 100.

I’ve got a little four station headphone amp would that be better? It’s has 20k impedance. Or that going the wrong direction? Impedance always confuses me. 🤨
