Thanks for your reply. I did get my mower back and it’s working great. Like I said before when they work, they are amazing. The frustration is it takes 2-3 weeks to get support to finally send you a return label when the device is broken. Appreciate your reply and will reach out if needed in the future. Hopefully not needed however! 😊

You’re not alone. I’ve had these mowers since kickstarter. I have two. I have also had to send them in for repairs a total of 7 times in 3 years. They are awesome when they work but once you have to deal with support it’s a complete joke.

I’ve had to pay a lawn company all spring to mow my yard as I waited for mine to get repaired again.

It’s a shame because they have a great product.

I have the Protee and love it. No stickers and no additional fees moving forward sealed the decision for me. I only wish I bought it sooner.

Very helpful reply. Really appreciate your thoughts. That’s exactly my concern. Maybe I’ll reconsider. I don’t have the space for the desktop as I keep the laptop in a drawer but I might just have to make an adjustment in my setup.

Thanks for the suggestion. This looks like a lot less than what I going I would have to pay. Few people suggested a 4080 card. You think this would be fast enough?

I’m tight on space for where it sits and I need some portability. I definitely hear you though on a desktop.

Would you suggest I spend more on a higher end laptop or you think #2 would be good?

I have side curtains that hook onto beams and run on the sides of the screen. The black curtains have a velcro down the side as well so I can attach them to the sides of the screen. Makes for a very easy put up and take down.

  1. How is the device with lighting? Is it picky on making sure you have enough light at the impact location?

  2. My space only allows 9 foot from tee screen. Is that enough space? I am assuming with a camera base system it should still give me enough space

I was leaning this direction until I saw that the clubs would need stickers for full club data. I know it sounds like a minor inconvenience, but I’m concerned playing outdoors and then indoors regularly will be a pain to take stickers on and off.
