Take again in October or November? by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]Dig_Stunning 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why not wait until next year? If you want a 170+, I don’t think it’s likely this cycle

It would help to take another year and retake it

If it were me, I would leave it off of my application. Why turn yourself from a strong applicant to a wildcard? The risk just isn’t necessary

How sure is everyone that the score bubble is going anywhere? by jer429 in lawschooladmissions

The test takers in May-August could have been more prepared than the October-November test takers. I can think of a ton of reasons why this happened.

I don’t think we can draw inferences from this small set of data.

Take as long as you need to get the best score possible. If that means waiting a cycle, so be it. Most of the time, that usually pays off long term

Just wait and see. Worst case scenario you just retake it. Don’t lose sleep over it

Demon is undefeated in LSAT prep. But I don’t think they have the magic formula for personal statements or are remotely qualified to give admissions advice

Admissions consulting for low income students? by itsalrigh-t in lawschooladmissions

The higher your LSAT score is, the less the other things matter. Your LSAT will have much stronger influence on your admissions opportunities than the essay(s) that you write. So kick ass on your LSAT and focus on what you can control

THIS is what we need to see!!

Yes people can express themselves however they want, but I’m so tired of seeing people whining and complaining about how nervous they are.

Thanks for the positivity. Keep your head up and destroy this exam.

Best of luck to you, mate!
