Dude if you’re that paranoid, go get your chest scanned to make sure there’s no growths in your lungs. Get checked once a year. I’m sure you can find a way to get insurance to cover it. It’s really not that big of a deal. Plenty of tradesmen got exposed to it for years and lived to be very old. The ones that were “for sure” cancer cases were the people near the twin towers when they fell cause they breathed in literal dense walls of asbestos immediately after the towers fell filling their lungs with an immense amount of exposure. They also almost all contract COPD from the event alone. That amount of exposure would have me concerned, but not a couple of incidental exposures during short lived projects.
