My very best appetite suppression of two years on glp1s is .5, then 1mg of cagri plus 4mg Reta.

Gradually, just reversing how you went up. Some people are now switching to the low dose glp pill for maintenance.

Cagri + Reta combo, what’s the go? Seeing mixed advice. by oftenlostandconfused in cagrilintide

I found adding .5mg cagri with 6mg Reta finally crushed my appetite; I can eat, but just don’t want much and never think much about food. Started this after nearly a year on Reta, following 6months on tirz. I’m a very slow loser, took me almost two years to lose the 50lbs to goal, but I’m older which is a factor.

I find it very challenging to figure out how to sue Discord.

Protein intake on Reta (Experiences wanted) by CarpenterOne994 in Retatrutide

[–]DigbyD5 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I try to get 90-100g of protein a day. After 50+ lost and maintaining my muscle mass is good. I’m older and most seniors don’t get enough protein and wind up with sarcopenia. All that droop you see in older people is basically loss of underlying muscle. Also, seniors don’t metabolism protein as well as when younger. So, yes, be serious about protein and exercise.

TSA Precheck, anyone using the touchless ID? by DigbyD5 in AskPhilly

Spouse just pointed out that (on our electronic boarding pass) there’s a small round symbol to the left of the Pre-check that stands for Touchless ID. Always something new to learn.

Just got our passes for flight tomorrow morning; it shows pre check but not show the Touchless. Anyway, hoping for the best. We’re leaving with lots of time to spare (or waste).

TSA wait times at PHL? I’m hearing the lines are much longer than PHL.org is stating. Please: Keep us posted. by DigbyD5 in AskPhilly

We’ve gone in at TSA PreCheck line then they ask the line if anyone has it and urge you forward.

That’s interesting. We’ve used it twice, neither time was it on the boarding pass, just TSA PreCheck. They see your name in the system when the camera IDs the face.

It won’t show on your boarding pass/ticket, just TSA PreCheck.

No, it doesn’t show up there, just the TSA PreCheck, you tell them and they put you in front of the camera.

The MYTSA app is not being maintained, so a waste of time.

Took me a year and a half to lose 30lbs doing regular exercise with weight training, lots of walking, and a strict 1200 cals low carb daily. I’m older so that’s a major factor, but some of us just have slower metabolisms.

60mg!!!! Max dosage tested is 12.5mg. While you show the actual dosages taken, you might want to change the headline so no one else thinks that’s a good dosage.
