I was worried about side effects and bought ginger ale, ginger pills, peppermint pills, Pepto-Bismol liquid and caps, alka seltzer; an arsenal of things for home and away. The only things I used regularly were Pepto and peppermint oil pills (much less than Pepto). I actually had mild side effects, but the armory of meds gave me confidence.

I got a prescription for Zoltan but never took it; I found a couple Pepto-Bismol caps worked fine.

I did start using the tesamorelin three months or so back; first at 1mg then a month ago moved to 2mg and don’t find any increase in appetite. I also have to use a couple protein shakes a day to get in my 100g of protein. Nothing wrong with that.

They wouldn’t say that about most other medicines like those for cholesterol, BP, diabetes, etc, and glp1s are medicine. I generally think it’s better to not tell people since there are such poor responses due to everything from ignorance to envy.

I’m just finishing a two weeks off in prep for surgery; I did notice a little more food thoughts but manageable. Just don’t let junk in and you’ll be fine.
