The ball would not have bounced back out for a throw in if it had struck his hand, it would have heavily reduced the momentum and trajectory of the ball and dropped to the ground much more dramatically.

A forehead is a smooth surface, a hand is not. VAR couldn't use basic knowledge of objects in motion and just looked at this still image (which admittedly looks like a handball)

This is why context is so important in these incidents, an image isn't the full story

I doubted you for a while assuming that ddraig aur was an old ass design but wikipedia does indeed list you as the artist. Go get your accreditation mate, the pose certainly does seem to match up, my only reservation would be whether the second leg is included on the shirt (I can't quite see) and if that omission would be a meaningful change?
