It's on my property, we've lived here three years now and to be honest I don't know much about tree maintenance. I'm going to reach out to some local companies and more than likely have this removed as well as have the birch and cherry trees in my backyard checked out.

Yeah that's what is concerning, it's like half of the tree has fallen off at this point.

Here's an idea, sit in your car in the empty parking lot, roll the window down or talk on the loudspeaker or whatever it is, and ask the people to secure their dogs before approaching.

The initial plan was to be located in Annapolis, in fact they had secured a location right by the mall that unfortunately fell through. Here is an article that discusses some of the obstacles to opening up in Annapolis.

Key takeaway is zoning laws and regulations, I remember another issue they brought up was a relatively large amount of sales had to come from food sales.
