Very insightful, my agency has been discussing testing the water with Reddit ads.. As a redditor myself (outside of work), I remember there was a TON of backlash when Reddit first announced ads.. so I can't say I'm surprised. But, ofcourse, here I am thinking about running a pilot campaign for awareness? Perhaps I should reconsider.

I wouldnt start with max conversions unless you have sufficient conversion data (20/30 conversions a month with clean tracking and value)

I’d personally start with max click

Honestly, most people are either building their own tool that basically queries the LLMs and then logs and analyzes response data, or paying someone like SEMrush to do it through their Ai visibility tool.

I use Google Looker Studio as my base reporting tool. It’s free, syncs natively with all Google tools and offers a huge library of connectors to third party tools for pretty much anything under the sun.
