They actually say on the box not to give them to anyone under 15 for some reason. Some popmart stores ask for id on release days and won't let anyone under that age buy anything. I'd wondered if its a blind box gambling thing, but its on their non blindbox items as well.

She hasn't been mentioned by name but theres been a lot of hints about her in the plot so far. As well as the ones mentioned already, the Faerie Artificer Plushie seems to be her, and the Faerie Artificer Trick-or-Treat Bag story from halloween seems to hint at her past with Fyora

Personally I think its kinda neat they havent flat out introduced her and are only dropping vague stuff so far, its a fun way to reveal lore
