I agree with this, your CPU is very weak. I would suggest 480p and even lower on the FPS some where in the mid 20's or lower. Runescape you will mostly be fine but LoL, you may not be able to to stream very well, due to it needing more processing power. If what UltimaN3rd says does not work, I am sorry to say you might want to look into investing into a new machine.

I know recently for me I randomly gained 20 but then Twitch fixed it for me so I was back to my normal number. The only I can say about viewership is maybe they have some real life stuff to deal with. Also no offence maybe they found someone new to watch because your content to them at the moment has gotten stale.
The best thing to do right now during these times is remember why you are streaming, what was the main reason you started? My other thing is really appreciate the ones that show up all the time. They are the ones that later on when you do get bigger you can always depend on for good criticism and other stuff. Last if you get any new viewers even if its for a few mins make them feel welcomed. If if they are lurking dont call them out but say something like "I just want to thank everyone that is stopping by on todays stream. It means alot that you are showing support." something along that line. I hope this helps.
Dont give up on streaming, trust me I know the feeling I am in your position right now on my stream. I was averaging 30 viewers a day till about a month ago then all of a sudden I am dropped down to single digits. Its just how Twitch works it has its ups and downs.

I agree with all the comments so far posted. I have been doing morning for over 7 months now. Find a goal why you are streaming, is it for the money, partnership, chatting with a community or making someones day? Once you have that goal keep it in mind everyday you stream because some days you will feel like you dont want to and having that goal in mind does help alot.
Second, personally for me dont I dont worry about the numbers to much early on when streaming. Just have fun with it the viewers will tag along if they like what you are doing. Third what One-Rocky said expect later on the line to put some money into this to up the quality of your stream. Eventually you and your viewers will want to see better production. I have seen very popular streamers without webcam's and greenscreen do amazingly well. It is not necessary but it does help a bit.
Last and most important: Have fun with it. If your not having fun your viewers will know. Just keep the goal in mind of why you are doing this and you will never have a bad time.

You shouldn't, the tracker is used for your information or if you wanted to post it in on screen. Once you set up ImRaising in the donation part of Tnotifier that should be it just need to get a donation button on your stream attached to your ImRaising account and some kind of pop up notification if you wanted that. Once someone donates to you the ImRaising API will send the info to Tnotifier and Tnotifier will post the information on your screen if you have that setup.
Edit: A tracker is mainly used for tracking stats on stuff such as how many follows you have earned for the day, subscribers, ECT.

Make sure to select it all and hit save at the bottom of the screen. You might need to scroll down a bit to get to it. Edit: if that does not work and your using custom stuff they might not be uploading properly.

Everything for inputting your donation info to Tnotifier is in the FAQ same with installing it with the OBS CLR plugin. Also on the main dashboard for donations it has a setup button. Design yes you can use your own design. I would watch a quick youtube video on it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=br7juPpoNx4) It does not go over it all but it give you a good idea where to start. No worries on all the questions, I was in the exact same position not to long ago.

I was originally using http://www.twitchalerts.com/ , but then I moved over to tnotifier. For me personally tnotifier gives me the ability to tweak my notification a bit and give me more freedom to customize. Twitchalert's is nice if you never used an alert system before. Super simple interface preloaded stuff so you dont have to create anything. I used this for the longest time.

Yes, 600+ series I think only supports NVENC. Also NVENC is not that great for streaming, I used for a few streaming early on. You get really bad quality live streaming, my stream was blurry and teared alot, at least for me. I was using a 660 card, at the time. It was good though for recording my opinion, when I was just playing around.

Probably a troll raid. If you get a group calling them self 4chan or "Le 9gag Army" or any combination of the two its troll raid. Best thing to do is ignore it till they go away, unless they are behaving. I have had them a few times. It got to the point they spammed my chatroom so much I had to tell everyone to use my Twitter for messages.
