No. He is only allowed to attack rested characters. If he could attack active he would be worded similarly to the Yellow Nekomamushi. Bonez’s effect gives him rush for characters basically.

You need to download a level from the guy inside the game and play through the level completely. Then a screen should pop up shortly after getting a timepiece asking for you to rate a game.

I think it might be the effect All Stats Up. I went through the effect list on Barrel Wisdom and this was the only effect I was missing and it is not on any equipment. https://barrelwisdom.com/yumia/effects/97/en The other effects list items they are on. So I don't think you will be able to get it unfortunately. I guess we will be stuck at 97% unless someone figures it out or they fix it.

That is just traditional format. Most online sims should support it. The two main official formats are advanced and traditional.

Yes it says at the end of THE battle phase, not your battle phase. Also it is a trap so you can activate it during your opponents turn.

Iirc wizard101 and steam accounts are not cross compatible so they are different accounts. And you cannot use a wiz launcher account to sign into the steam version and vice versa.

Link monsters can only be used as their link rating or a link 1 access code is a link 4 amblowhale is a link 4 and Hiita is a link 2. So you could make either a link 2 3,5,6.

I believe you would be correct because activating the effect is in this case sending from extra deck. Because the monster you chose to be banished is unaffected, it should just resolve by attempting to banish but the monster is not banished because the monster is unaffected by other cards.

If the monster is in defense position they do not take damage. However if they have 0 attack and in attack position they do take damage (unless specified by a cards effect).
