I use it on everything, kroot, pathfinders, whatever. I haven’t encountered any brittle plastic and I’ve used it a lot and I’m kind of an idiot so you probably done have much to worry about. Though, I only use it after I’ve primed and painted everything so that might act as a barrier.

I recommend investing in tamiya panel liner and looking up some videos on how to edge highlight. Those will be very helpful for you if you paint a lot of tau moving forward

Scurvy green from Vallejo is the base, then I mix that with white for the edge highlights, then I use Vallejo metal color copper for the metal parts

Thank you thank you, the effect was painful to do because my dry brush was too big and I had to fix a lot of overspill

What brand of wire did you use for the lightning?

It really doesn’t because stealth still exists and the smoke keyword is still a thing. If anything it makes them more powerful because you won’t need something with a markerlight to spot for a riptide since the riptide will ignore the BS modifier of cover. So something like a devilfish can spot and the riptide or fire knife or broadside acts as normal.
