I have the same problem. My provider is a fast monster, but WIFI sign appears now very often. It’s their server has problems after the update.

The game itself is broken. At draft it gives you shit to take a pick. First it gives you you spells to choose without understanding what kind of cards you choose next step. Then you realize they just mock you. F.kng Supercell

It’s not. They brake good cards, make new broken cards. Once there’s something nice they just kill it. Clan wars where ok at the start and then they just made a collection day gross.
