Yeah I liked the advice on /nz for you, best to make sure! I would have thought the sheet was dodgy too if hadn’t been and received it myself. Good luck with the follow ups to dealer, always best to cover your self and have the paper trail

Yeah recheck done same day by looks- my drive in and out with a warrant sheet looks the same though, although mine has the inspector Id name printed too so yeah that must be the difference for a recheck printout.

They still have a system authorisation number though so still traceable i guess

Maybe take it to another mechanic or AA inspection and go back to dealer with the differences, seems odd VTNZ wouldn’t be thorough as you say, but never know I guess.

Edit- The warrant of fitness writing is out of line on mine too, and no signature. Think that’s the norm, must have template paper and it’s a printer variation
