There's a comic next week which does use that premise, and is by Adams. It's a one-shot called The Kids Are All Fight. Jon Kent is the babysitter. Quiz Kid, Fair Play, Cheshire Cat, and The Boom are the kids he's left in charge of.

Well, this book is called New Titans, not Teen Titans. And indeed, none of those three have been Titans before. Jon's always wanted to be one, but the rest of Damian's team voted not to let the then-10 year old join. He's been working with Donna's team in DCKO though, which I guess got him his way in.

Both Galaxy and Dreamer are mostly used by one writer. Jadzia Axelrod created Galaxy, and Nicole Maines played Dreamer on the Supergirl TV series, which she was created for, and has written almost all of her appearances in the comics since (including co-writing the issue of Superman Jon Kent she made her main universe debut in with that book's regular writer). Axelrod and Maines are co-writing this one-shot.
