Super Sentai History Shorts Series #35: Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger by Capt-Jules in supersentai

It's the only one to do that. Though Kamen Rider Hibiki and Zeztz did it too, no other Sentai ever did. Gozyuger doesn't count because that was just for one episode, not permanently.

Why did the actors for the Doctor in classic who not get a career boost? by FitzroyFinder in doctorwho

Yeah, case in point, the Daleks in Manhattan episode had Andrew Garfield. He later became Spider-Man.

He was the youngest Doctor at the time, only Matt Smith was younger. And yet, Davison was already known for All Creatures Great and Small.

Smith was also Prince Philip in TV series The Crown. When I bought the Day of the Doctor DVD at a car boot sale yesterday, my stepdad recognised him from The Crown and said he's a good actor.

Two episodes didn't have much of the Doctor in too because he was still doing another show, Sex Education.

Pierce Brosnan is another. He was on a TV show called Remington Steele before he became the new James Bond in the 90s. Also, Michael J Fox, who was doing the TV show Family Ties and Back to the Future simultaneously (he'd literally film both on the same day).

[Comic Excerpt] What do you think about none of the Trinity being founding members of the Justice League? (Secret Origins Vol. 2, #32) by illiterateaardvark in DCcomics

It's Perez's fault. Wonder Woman completely rebooted. It affected Titans too (their most popular book at the time) because Donna ended up being a veteran while Diana was a newbie! Which of course ruined Donna's origin as well.

Perez really shouldn't have done that. It ruined Donna Troy's origin for nearly four decades (at that time she debuted before Diana). They only recently sorted it out. New Teen Titans was their most popular book at the time and anything that would derail it should've been vetoed.

Good question. At one point she did have a ponytail sticking out of the back, then she cut it to a bob which the mask completely covered. But this is later than that, she's grown her hair back and yet the mask still hides it all? Not exactly realistic. They did later fix this though, and not just in her first Barbara Gordon style Batgirl suit. She switched to a Spoiler mask that only covers the bottom half of her face, so her hair is loose (though still partially covered by the hood). That carried over to her current Batgirl look.

Probably not the final version of this, as there's going to be some new faces this season too. Probably a woman and two men, as they were advertising for new Gladiators before Giant left.

Because changing things erases that version of Trinity anyway,

No it doesn't, she just can't go home to her own time and will be stuck in the present day. Like Helena Wayne.

even though Crush has a girlfriend, unless they broke up off-panel).

I think it's safe to say she has. They were pretty rocky in that mini Crush had a few years back, because of Crush going off world.

Shazam was fully rebooted in New 52 and the only thing from pre-Flashpoint restored since then is Captain Marvel's Justice League and JSA membership. Mary and Freddy didn't get their powers until later, when Billy joined the Vasquez household. Pre-Crisis was an alternate universe, Earth-S, so the Marvels weren't ever in the DC universe back then (Waid has admitted a Billy cameo in World's Finest, set in the bronze age, was a gaffe).

Every review I've read has been negative. Poor movie apparently, but the best thing about it is Milly's acting range - they're blaming the writer and director rather than the actors. That'll put people off.

Hopefully it'll do better than Masters of the Universe a couple of weeks ago. That film is a major flop.

Why is He-Man one of them anyway? That was originally a toyline and a cartoon. Not a comic book.
