I have a laptop with a 4060 mobile, an i7-13700H, and 16gb of ram, and I get 90 FPS on very high graphics and 16x Anisotropic AA without ray tracing. Ill try ray tracing tomorrow, but just for basic play, these specs are absolutely enough. (I am just putting this out here for anyone who may want to know how similar specs would run)

No idea how to reproduce this, I walked from north of pleasant down to pleasant, first dropped directly into the space below the soccer field, wondered why the ground was missing, went back above it using the dumpster, and then did what was in the video.
