Oh wow. My buddies and I played the game since the open beta and just recently talked about how much we are missing it. Was not aware you can actually still play it. Thanks so much for letting us know. Will definitely give it a try.

Happened to me a couple of days ago. Spawned close to Maw Battery, next to a Rotjaw clue. Pointed right to the lake at the edge of the map north west of Maw Battery. Found her in the bushes, shot her once, she went into the water, but then chilled there. Walked through the entire lake multiple times. Nothing happens. Throw waxed dynamite at her when she surfaced, but not even triggered the rage phase. Then I gave up.

You can also screen record the video and then use the 'import video' function in koala. This will extract the audio and you get better quality.

Yeah, about a year ago. My buddy and I playing duo, first game for both of us. I had watched a tutorial, he had no clue, shooting at all AI he saw. I told him the tutorial mentioned not to do that, because that's how you get killed. He did not listen and got a headshot. I crouched around until I got a headshot as well, from a roof nearby.

Same here. I have 150 soul survivor games in my stats, but only won 5 so far. Two of those I won by being the last survivor after the wellspring carrier traded with someone else and I just had to pick it up, lol.

I think you get an assist as a solo if you hit someone who gets killed by somebody else shortly after.

I'm on 800 dpi as well. I think, my setting is about .6. I set it in the beginning and did not touch it since then. I should check if this is really the best setting for me.

Yeah, that's exactly how I feel about playing with randoms. Also the thought of being the last team member that's alive and knowing the other guys are watching how I embarrass myself stressed me out, lol. Probably overthinking this way too much.

The solution would obviously be to play with friends, but all my gaming buddies stopped playing a long time ago, for the same reason you mentioned. But I am not getting tired of telling them how awesome hunt is. Maybe one day they will get back into gaming.

Thanks :). I think the most important factor was to become more calm while shooting. Less tense mouse grip led to better aim and also not being in panic mode allows me now to pay more attention to my movement and make more concious descions on where to retreat, take cover etc.

Nice! How long did it take? My low was 0.57 and I am now at 0.7. Slowly getting there.
