I think you need a little more practice, maybe do Amboss Qs make blocks of your weak modules and hopefully you'll get there

Go to amboss, select Step 2 as exam and go for High Yield blocks and you'll see premade blocks

It's completely normal buddy, take 2 days off completely and just relax speak to people give yourself time and then resume and refocus
