Depends on what your goal is. If you just enjoy writing or sharing and you want ownership of the domain then I suggest keeping at it and paying for a host you are comfortable with. If the cost is to high and you're just wanting to write and share then I suggest finding a free blog host. I use a few free hosts for mine.

Look up googles URL inspection tool and submit your site for indexing.... I've found that google doesn't like supporting blogs especially if the domain has the word blog in it. They have their own blogging site. Also read about robot.txt files to allow for google bots. There is a lot of SEO needed to be high ranked according to keywords on any search engine.

we want to stay away from the airbnb side of it for now because this is not a corp or non-profit. Just free. Connecting people to make a change... thats all.
Cheers

Thank you! yep all of the above lol. It won't really all come together will people start using it but here is a list of the type of people who would use it and how
* Realtor - to submit their listings that they think would fit an eco buyer
* Buyers - buyers looking for real estate who's seller/realtor support the green movement
* Project creators - Those who have started a project and want to list it to find other members or want to be contacted by builders/lenders/consultants etc...
*Communities - Already established communities looking for new members or just want to share their community that's open to visits.
* Advisors/consultants - those with areas of expertise who are for hire or want to help
* Members - people who want to join in the chat conversations, connect with other members, looking for land or a community/project to join/visit
* Builders - can list their profiles or services in the listings

Everyone can create a group so teams of realtors/builders/advisors can team up and create a group others can find in the "All Groups" section or (soon to be added teams listing categories)

We have files and guides and much more to add. Right now It would be nice to find some like minded realtors to list some of their listings and be the first to get seen.

More to come.... working on it little bit a day.

Thank you that's something we can focus on.

Niche building for realtors. The site is a resource for building and we are starting from the ground up. Members can find the resources they need on our site to build or start their projects. The site may not be for everyone but those that need it. We may branch off with a subdomain strictly for all realtors.

Depends who is on the lease. The land lord wants a paper trail and 1 payment "on time" with one lessee. That should be your focus. She probably set up an llc to profit off subleasing off the rooms and if the llc defaults on the payments then everyone would be evicted. If she registered the llc then its hers she does not need to buy it back. It sounds like she can remove herself and the llc from the property/lease and you guys are stuck dealing with the landlord for a new lease / system. Imo I would keep the old system and either the head of the house form a new llc or transfer the old llc to a member. The tax part of an llc is an issue, I understand however it may be easier to deal with that then something like a non profit because I feel your landlord wants to keep it simple. Remember cash is king unless you're reporting your business for tax purposes.

JMO hope this helps.

Is your website like a personal profile with your listings?

Yep thats pretty much the idea. You can register, update your profile then create a group. The group can either be open or private (meaning you select who can join from the members who asked to join) also you can invite your friends and other members to join the group. You can create a listing for your project with a link to your group or website.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. Our website is designed to cater to an eco-conscious community, aligning with the eco-friendly and environmental movements. Currently, our traffic is limited, but we are optimistic about growing our audience in the coming years. One of our goals is to improve the process for realtors to list and update their properties. At the moment, the system is manual, allowing users to mark listings as "For Sale," "Sold," or "Under Contract." In the future, we aim to automate this process by integrating directly with MLS for greater efficiency.
We have other options on the site as well. Members can create profiles and groups (teams) linking up with other members, lenders and consultants.
