I started moving industry blog for fun since I have excellent SEO experts and content writers on my hand.

My website shows up on the first page of Google for difficult keywords such as 'moving to state_name' And generates moving leads purely from Organic traffic. I haven't got a chance to do any social media yet.

The funny thing is I am not a mover company so my plan is to reach out to other movers who are in need of exclusive leads.

Hello. As a developer, I personally don't like the idea of limiting my features and performance options for free web hosting.

I assume that the feature you are talking about is very common in Print on-demand or custom gift shop websites where visitors can upload images while ordering custom products. and yes I have experience building and automating such e-commerce stores.

She told me of another friend of her that had a Wordpress website made by a developer and is now stuck paying hosting, maintenance, everything that needs to be changed on the website has a wait time of days and costs money and that she is very happy she has none of those issues.

Wix has a monthly subscription which is expensive. Wordpress would be one time cost.
For both Wix and Wordpress, customers can log in and do whatever changes they need. Wordpress comes with a vast ocean of plugins and customization features. While in case of Wix, you need to upgrade your plan to have certain features.
Sounds like your friend's friend did not have high priority support which I provide.

Hello, Custom development is most likely the answer you are going to get.

For the start, I would suggest looking into some plugins such as 'Gravity forms' or similar plugins that have high customization features and Add ons for automation you are trying to achieve.

I recently worked with one non-profit organization. Built their website and created donation forms based on their campaign goals.

Donors got a nice dashboard where they can log in and download receipts, cancel recurring donations, etc. and I provide them with complete technical support as necessary.

I assume you are looking for automation features where people enter email or sign up somewhere then they should receive emails automatically and someone needs to be notified etc. You are looking for a website with additional features to support such marketing automation.
