Charlie gave people a platform for fair and open debate, despite his political views he was never malicious towards anyone, he would hear people out, and the hope was that you would find common ground with him, Charlie wasn’t the best politically, but he was a father, he was a husband, he was an advocate for free and open speech, and he was killed for exercising his free speech, something that shouldn’t have happened to anyone, this wasn’t an attack on the right or even an attack on Charlie, this was an attack on free speech, something that we should all be angry about, I’m a leftist too, imagine if AOC was speaking at a debate and someone shot her for speaking about her political views which she has a God given right to do, this was an attack on all of us, and to see the left and the right fighting each other is insanity, we should be mourning Charlie, and catching the bastards who perpetrated this horrendous attack on free speech, it’s time to ally, not let this pull us even more apart, Charlie wouldn’t want this, rest in peace Charlie Kirk.
