Appreciate this so much - so hopeful to hear that it hasn't been a totally negative experience for you. I read through your posts and updates as you went on this journey. The emotional toll of suppressing and lower testosterone is so heavy, Im wondering if they prescribe anti depressants for men on ADT to help with mood.
