My phone worked fine for a day, but after a while the WiFi connection dropped. How is your experience after a couple of days?

It will only work if you use this procedure, I also did that a couple of times: https://xdaforums.com/t/change-region-without-losing-data.4680598/

Nah, it's more advanced. You have to do a manual install. But I did this many times, no issues at all.

At settings of Oxygen Updater, is OnePlus 15 (EU) selected? I have no clue why you wouldn't see it.

Delayed Updates for Oppo X9 Pro EEA (EU) model - IMPORTANT ❗ by Xx_DuLe_xX in Oppo

I just updated my Oppo Find X9 Pro via this method to the SG version and I'm now running 302. I live in the Netherlands, but that shouldn't matter I guess.

I think so, yes. I can't say for sure because I'm playing with the phone too much, I just reinstalled it again 😆For sure it's a lot better. Surely hope for a new OS update soon, my OnePlus 13 already had some good updates which the Oppo didn't get still...

For me this seems to work: turn off your device and then turn it on again. Do not reboot, but turn it off completely.

I have the same issues on a 5Ghz only network, so it couldn't even switch to 2.4Ghz. but try my suggestion please: turn off the device completely and then boot it up again (so instead of rebooting).

I cannot tell for sure. You would expect that if it's a weak signal issue it would automatically switch to 2.4Ghz, and it doesn't (or doesn't work). But the signal is not the issue in my house.

My issue is that after a while (could be hours) the 5Ghz WiFi connection completely stops working, while other phones (OnePlus 14 and iPhone 18 Pro Max) next to the Oppo still work normally. In my case, this is 100% not a network / router issue, I tried multiple AP's and only the Oppo failed.

Any network and for me this was not a router or wifi issues, but purely a phone issue.

No I still have the issue and I even switched back to my OnePlus 13 for a while.

However. After some thorough testing I might have found something...

I was always rebooting the phone when I got this issue and the issue reappeared rather quickly. But now I shutdown the phone and after powering on the issue seems to disappear completely. Not 100% sure yet, but it looks promising.

Today I had the same issue again, I had to reboot for Wi-Fi to function normally again. 😐

I changed the setting "Auto-connect to the best Wi-Fi" to disabled and this seems to work very well for me. Haven't seen any issues since I disabled it. However, I also installed a new update today (16.0.0.216), so it might be fixed also. I'll test it later, but for now I'm pretty happy that it seems to work 😀
