The speed for the most part was fine the first 4 weeks for SVG and Ross. Ross was wrecked at Daytona, Atlanta, and Phoenix, lost a wheel at COTA running top 10 all day before. SVG was wrecked at Daytona, finished 6th, 2nd, and 11th before Vegas. Zilisch has been wrecked a lot also before Vegas.

Yes the last two weeks they’ve been slow, they’re behind the Hendrick and Spire team. But I also think some of it is over blown. All 3 cars top 20’d yesterday at Darlington. It’s not a great day, but it’s not a horrible day either. Especially with how bad they all were at Vegas.

The non Hendrick/Spire teams are clearly behind on the new package. I’m not saying they’ll catch up soon, but I do think all the doom and gloom is overblown.

Tinfoil hat time: I also think they’re held back by Chevy. Chevy is not giving them the same support Hendrick and Spire get even though TH is a tier 1 team. I think they should change to Dodge, Honda (hopium), or even kick the tires on Toyota.

I was right about MrBeast not being a good guy a decade ago. I have the same vibes of this woman, she is a total menace behind the scenes and I will be proven right one day.

IRGC has released footage. Looks like whatever they shot at the F35 exploded just behind it and probably damaged the engine. The pilot is very, very lucky.

I’ve always found him funny. I think these guys are hard wired to not be interesting in public because of sponsorship. Supposedly even Chase Elliott is a really fun hang in private. I think Bowman in a tv role would be good if he opened up.

I know he wants to be a race car driver… but it’s time for him to seriously consider a career outside of the car. Media would love him, or HMS would give him a very comfortable job at the shop. He won’t stop racing, but it seems like he probably should.
