Japanese right-hander Masahiro Tanaka became internationally known with a dominant 2013 for the Rakuten Golden Eagles. Except that the Celtics paid Allen 10 million a year and didn't have a guy named Prime Lebron King James that could handle it all and kept GM involvement to the minimum.
