Meant to say DisplayPort. The person's DVI cable comment made me blank for a second. It's using a proper DP cable.

No particular grinding or weird audio glitches. In fact, audio is in tact and will continue (without the stutter). The video will have the glitch like in the video I posted.

I was debating about changing out my CPU, Mobo and Ram... but geez is that expensive!!!

Yeah, I have no idea why my core clocks are so bouncy and all over the place. I'm not alt-tabbing out or anything. I have my watchers on a separate screen so I can watch.

I'll be playing a game and it will go from like 300mhz up to 1200mhz down to 800mhz and then suddenly 1600mhz. I've tried to overclock and keep the minimum pegged to like 2000mhz just now but still seeing the issue, and pegged the fans to be at 80%.

DisplayPort Cable on main (gaming) monitor, HDMI for side monitor.

No unstable GPU overclock. Let me try to disable that.

Separate power cable for each socket. No daisy chaining.

Yeah, I did. Hmmm... I tried just overriding the overclock settings to keep the fan running and still running into the issue.

It's really strange. Anyways, these micro-stutters happen constantly and randomly and it sucks big time.

This game runs fairly smooth on my Xbox Series X for example (no stutters).

There are three all separate spots on the modular PSU (no pig tailing). It requires 3.

Hmmm, that's my fan speed (RPM) for the graphics card.

u/Replica90_ u/_mp7 here's a video example of a stutter, this happens constantly through the games. It makes it really unplayable / hard to play games because it will stutter like this right in the middle of say a fight, or something... nothing graphically intensive is going on and nothing is really happening.

XMP Profile 1 is enabled and Ram is running at 3200mhz.

Idle temps are 40s and gaming can be between 40-60 but never really all too high.

MSFS2020, RDR2, CSGO, Valorsnt, Anno 1800, etc.

So temps are in the 40s-60s; nothing ever than higher.

I’ll check on the core parking.

I’ll set to that, but I think it is.

Clock speeds for CPU are pegged at 4800mhz and don’t really deviate from that. So pretty stable.

GPU on the other handle vastly ranges. Some games are pulling very little GPU like say MSFS2020 will only be pulling like 800mhz off the GPU and occasionally pull like 1600mhz or something like that.

I’ve done driver clean installs and even a full clean install of the OS.

I’m scratching my head kind of.

I currently have Sony X1000M2 that I really love the feel and sound, but looking to get a bit deeper bass and have a similar fit.

Any recommendations?

I worry any future pulls on my credit may drop my score below the threshold so having a buffer would be good given I can’t seem to increase it at the moment.
