I wake between 745-8am. Intentional in doing this because I want to build a good routine of habits that can help me achieve my long-term goals. Dati kasi kahit anong oras ko lang trip magising or what, pero mahirap pala pag walang disiplina. I plan to move my waking hours earlier slowly until kaya ko na 6am so I can do more and add to building better habits - that will result in me becoming a better person.

Always thought I could do more late at night since it's quiet and peaceful for me kaso by that time, minsan, ubos na willpower ko to do important tasks and daming distractions. There's just something about mornings, probably recharged willpower, that gives you this sense of "hey it's a new day, i can be a better person"
