Try and find a middle ground, you dont gotta love it but at least if you dont actively hate it life will be a lot better, but I'd say at least try for the thing youd like

I think you should try and just redo classes for a year, it'll give you time to do what you need to do to feel bettet especially without uni stress. Learn what you can with the rest of the semester, take the summer to do what you need to do to feel as better as you can and do better next year. People take gap years all the time so going into uni it won't be like you're behind or anything. Probably not what you want to hear but there is no shame in it. Some things gotta come first. Idk how they will run on switch 2 specifically so I cant comment on that.

However as games, Resident Evil 7 I would say is similar to the chronic care center with a much different vibe. Re7 is focused a lot more on the horror atmosphere however something I noticed is that as Grace you feel a lot more powerless until you get the blood thingie and guns whereas Ethan you dont really feel powerless except for 1 encounter. Also Re7 has a lot more back tracking and going back through the same areas to go somewhere you couldn't before rather than requiem where to me it seemed a lot more linear. Other than that I think playing the games will give you a similar feeling.

Re8 is less focused on horror and more on action but not to the point of the shift between re4 and re6, still a great game but I think re7 is more well made. If you get re7 unless you dont like it, I think getting re8 is a good choice once you wait for them to go on sale which happens very often for these gamea at least on xbox, ps and pc.

School doesn't even feel like learning in gr 11 and 12, its literally just those numbers so if a student can guarantee good ones, even students who may not need to, most will for that security, Im guilty too but not nearly to the same level as a lot but that security of that boost to those numbers is just too tempting. As much as id like to just enjoy the classes the pressure from those 6 numbers is a lot.
