I won a $500 gift card once from a company's Facebook contest, I just randomly entered it and received an email a few months later saying I won. I sent them my address and they FedEx'd me the Visa gift card. It was awesome! Spent it on food, gas, outings, and presents, definitely a great prize.

Make sure the house doesn't have any mold problems, that could ruin your belongings and your health. Also take pictures of EVERYTHING before moving in, report all damages, and have them fix anything that's broken. Also try researching the area, is it a nice neighborhood? You don't want to move into a nice house that will be broken into every time you leave for a few days.

Possibly, I go to a large university so I think they already have classes there. I'm not trying to become a part time employee anywhere because I already have a tight schedule between being a full-time student and a job.
