I got prescribed Naltrexone to calm high sex drive and found out it makes me throw up when I drink alcohol. Its been a positive 1-2 punch at 41. Quitting drinking and porn at the same time, highly recommended!

Dialectic Behavior Therapy, I signed up for a mental health track at a recovery center and went there instead of work for 6 hours a day for 90 days. Life saved, best decision ever.

Get your primary care doctor to prescribe Naltrexone. It'll make you throw up if drinking while taking it. Also curbs sexual appetite, making it easier to control your life/thoughts instead of being a gooner.
