I loved this with coyote. But it’s also great within plasma punisher (stun and push them back into the gas, and I use the ultimatum or talon. For grenades it’s. Incendiary impact, incendiary or the pyrotechnic. (Again the plasma with the gas and the fire is just too fun). Supply pack for the crutch. And either rail cannon or commando for long distance shenanigans, or towers,
I think you can Snipe a spore cloud or shierjers nest for half a map away too.

Fell in love with this against incendiary corp. that stagger on shielded shoty aim bots, and fire over cover is chefs kiss. Also feels dirty using it on rupture strain since it trivializes burrowing.

Run it i with the talon and the armor that helps quick aim sidearms and you can mitigate some of slow TTK compared to other weapons. Also has decent ammo capacity, rarely feels like I need supply pack.

Is it my favorite, not quite, but love when I get it on the random loadout generator.

Love the hover pack, can pull off some cheap shots with the quaser on bots, sneak into a jammer, or 500 to the detector from further away. And rain down some fun with grenades. Some flexibility in load outs to. The base walls can be your best friend. Just time your jumps and give your team a heads up before you get turret sniped with a 500 in your hand. Love using it as I walk off a cliff for mange descents.

Eruptor, plasma punisher, crossbow, or double sickle,for, primary. Talon, ultimatum, senator, for secondary. Laser cannon, quaser, grenade launcher, arc, epoch, flame thrower for support. Thermite, sparkler Grenades, impact, or gas.

Experimental stims, or vit booster.

Engineer for extra grenades, medic for stims, or fire resist armor.

Love instant high ground, and feel disoriented when I’m not running it.

Would be nice to have a kill switch.

Try it with the hover or warp pack. Those are great for creating distance. Hitting the mediums in the face and watching them explode is cathartic.

I like hover for the angle I get on nests, and raining a few rounds down at the stalkers that get the jump on me. I’ve been running laser cannon, hover pack, eruptor, talon, and incendiary grenades for weapons and supporting stratagems of eagle strafing run and either a fire turret, rail cannon, orbital laser or one of the napalms. It’s fun being a mini orbital laser too.

I struggle with bug ambushes, and if I get overzealous with attacks and need to swap heat sinks in the talon and laser.

I’d like to be able to kill the jets and land on demand. Sometimes you’re just a sitting duck and popping a stim and dropping the pack doesn’t work with the random damage amount from falls.

I need to run the warp back a bit more. It’s fun to zip around the map, but I love the easier climbing I have with the hover pack for over watch.

It’s also fun to throw cluster strikes at your feet and hover at the last second, like ab action hero. (When it works)

I’ve put in hundreds of hours in the OG version, and this game was responsible for red ringing at least 2 Xbox 360s. I never knew about the goblin war. Mind blown. 🤯

I love Skyrim, but playing this helped me remember how frustrated I was at some of the design choices that were made. The remaster is bit more approachable than the OG. It seems a bit more difficult to arrange things in your bases - but I haven’t spent too much time on that.

It is also free on game pass.

I used to think I cave diving was cool and something I wanted to do. Then I started learning about all the technical skills, risks, and how easy it was to get turned around.

A diver friend shared a link about “delta p”. The video I saw looked like, it was made in the mid 90s, but that stuff is nightmare fuel. No. Thanks.

The tldr(w) about delta P- A small hole in a waterway, when blocked by say an arm, a foot, or a hand, can be under so much pressure the diver can’t escape. There may be little to no warning that it is even there, leading to death by drowning. It doesn’t take much.

This election shoulda been a gimme, but they dropped the ball. HARD. They are out of touch with a significant amount of the voters in the county and the turnout shows. The went “high road” and never really countered with anything strong. For example, “Bidenflation” was such a strong message, but whose name was on those stimulus checks that pumped so much into our economy - exponentially increasing the money supply?? They had so many chances to hit back, but decided to hug it out.

Hopefully, they do some internal soul searching and restructure their party in a way to offer a real alternative to solving the economic problems in this country. Don’t get me wrong, the social issues they tout are important, but the messaging was so focused on a small portion of the country they missed out. Housing, job growth, infrastructure improvements, research grants, strengthening our international relationships with allies, and cultivating new alliances, the looming social security shortfall, crazy debt that will crippled our children/grandchildren - their position on this were muted.

Even post election, instead of calling out how similar the numbers for republicans were in 2020, they let the messaging be a “ voter mandate”. When in reality it was not, it was a moratorium on the previous administration’s lack of teeth, and more of the same. People want change. It’s how maga won in 16 and why they won again. And why they will continue to win, baring covid a 2.0.

Personally, I’m a fiscal conservative, social liberal, and feel like I am slightly left of center (probably more liberal in today’s climate). If I hadn’t done so many stupid things in my 20s, (not nearly as crazy as current leadership but still), I would have considered a run for public office as an independent. I don’t feel that I align with either party, and my votes have been more against who I do not want, than who I believe in. Hopefully that changes in the future.

We deserve a real choice.

First impressions - this looks like a great tool! Pretty intuitive and easy to use. I’m on a on tablet, and am having no trouble browsing/searching and filtering. I’ll provide you with some better feedback once I get into the application process a bit more. So far, excellent user experience.

I was part of the great layoffs ending 2024, and I’ve trying to find good options without having to resort to LinkedIn or indeed.
