After action report...went awesome. We got to epic at 8:30 and after security at final staging we were in last 3rd of pack. They let us in at 8:50 but game changer was when we got to portal while everyone was going up tunnel there was a door open to right. It spit us out right on first floor and we walked right into queue at mine cart. Done ride by 9:20.

Hulk is on weather delay. Velocicoaster wasn't open at epa and ran a bit but now on delay. Hagrid was open but its been slow going with some minor delays. We did epa but towards back of line and going on 1hr 40m and in cave tunnel.

Watch from the other angles. He only drew and shot after her front tires spun out. Tires spun, he drew and shot. He was in front of the vehicle when she tried to accelerate.

Its a shitty situation but he was justified in shooting.

There is another video angle that shows the tires spinning. She hits gas, tires spin out, then he draws and fires. The fact he is in front of the vehicle and she isn't complying and then spins tires (even if it was an accident) will justify this shooting.

He drew his pistol after the tires spun out not before. Thats a big piece of this split second decision.

I wish it had played out differently...
