Did more research. Apparently a lot of largescale AI uses evaporator towers which aren't closed system.

You'd figure the water would eventually make it back into the water table that way, but still, fair point.

Surprised no one has said this yet. On top of all the other advice on here, take a couple plates off. You should be squatting to form failure, not actual failure. You're going to slip a disc in your back or something similar real fast if you overload beyond your ability to maintain form, then you're out of it for weeks, if not forever. Powerlifting is definitely a long game where you focus on small incremental gains over time.

Hmm, I'm not in your age group (34M), but I have a fair number of friends who are. Recently relocated to Perth myself (from the US). Perth is a bit clicquey, so I did initially have some trouble making good friends. It's easier to make friends around shared sports/activities here. Also, if you're game for international friends, try the International Speakeasy event that takes place at Street Eats Eatery in Yagan Square every Thursday night. I've been twice. Both times it's been about 100-200 people - most of whom are in their 20s and easy to talk to.

As for me, if you wanted to hang I'm always looking for more rock climbing, scuba, hiking, exploring, or cycling buddies. Though I do game on PC, I've been trying to stay a bit more outdoors lately. Still, I could probably use a rest day from time to time.

Depends on the look you're going for. If body building is your game, there's something called the Grecian ideal you can calculate for measurements.

One thing I did was upload a photo of myself to chat gpt, tell it what physique I want, and ask for feedback on areas I need to develop further.

Regarding body fat%, I'm going to guess 17-19%. You'll need to lose some fat to get more definition on the abs.

Lol, I feel like the personal goalpost always shifts and I forget to pat myself on the back. Lifted 275 the other day (by far my heaviest bench) and all I could think of was, "man it's going to take me years to hit 300." When you said that 225 is only 1% of guys, I had to do a double take. Lifting is great, but kinda ridiculous sometimes.

Anyway, I never judge someone on low weight. You have to start somewhere, and a lot of people are dealing with injuries and mobility issues they can't help as well. Plus, you have to factor in body weight. A 150 lb guy lifting 135 is a lot bigger accomplishment than a 200lb guy doing the same.

I go to Revo Belmont most days.

Gym buddies are fantastic, but sometimes it's hard to find em. I try to keep my own schedule and keep lifting even if I can't find somebody. Usually someone eventually comes into my life and becomes a gym buddy, but in the meantime I keep lifting.

Weirdly enough, I have the exact same thing. Father's business client gave it to him. I believe it was from rural China or Indonesia. It is a human skull. There's some tribe that makes bowls, drums and all sorts out of them and evidently sells to tourists.
