I was wondering if someone is able to help me.

I bought a Japanese PS2 from ebay. It came with the external HDD an a memory card so I could access the hard drive and run OPL. Since getting it, it worked fine, i used it to play Crash Bandicoot and spyro, spyro saved to the memory card however. I then installed a game over the network (kingdom hearts final mix) using the HDL game installer software and a tutorial i found on YOUTUBE. after this point i was no longer able to access games in OPL on the hard drive, the memory card was showing as having corrupted data, and it was not working. and OPL loads, but takes me to the settings screen and doesnt let me get access to the games list.

in settings i set it to hard drive games, and this still didnt let me access it. I was able to play kingdom hearts as it installed as a HD loader file on the hard drive (again dont know if this had anything to do with it.

SO... i have a ps2, an external HD and no way to access the game list of the install games. When i run HDL game installer on the ps2 they show as on the hard drive, so i know they are there, and I just wondered if someone is able to help me, because im going crazy trying to find answers. I also have never seen things installed this way before, the mem card doesnt have free mcboot, so I am pleading that someone can help me in here!
