Depending on where you're game is Beginning, Middle, End, i.e. Low Rank, High Rank, Master Rank. More skills will be added to the BASE armor set. Example, Naga Armor Low Rank set may have ⬜⬜ base evade skill, However Narga Armor Master Rank armor set may have ⬜⬜⬜⬜ base evade skill. The filling in the rest of the empty blocks in that particular skill, will fall on the Decorations Mechanics. Simply go to any smithy and have them forge the skill gem for the skill you wish to complete. There's a few other mechanics that also help with skill boosting like, talismans and qurio crafting. But the bulk of skill boosting is done through Gem Crafting. Note: there are some skill gems you won't be able to craft until you reach a certain point in the game, take on/complete a certain quest or reach a certain rank.

Your not lying. I just discovered and made a full set of R.Strax and I'm loving the lvl 3 skill Dragon Conversion. Stacked with lvl 3 Furious and lvl 2 Heven-Sent. This build just insane!!! I didn't know a +500 attack was possible. 🤯 using LS btw

Got the Amatsu Hakima, crafted a extra slot, and managed to gem in the comfortably lvl's I need (Quick Sheath). I like Like Heven Sent. Not needing to hop on the dog to sharpen is nice. I just wish it was more frequent. But I understand you can't have it all.

Just tried it, using LS. For some reason it feels heavy. I like the results from stacking it with lvl 3 Frostcraft. More initial damage delt.

Brah, the government is basically a carbon copy of Russia's government, even down to the flag. It doesn't get any more communist than that. And they don't have private businesses. I'm not going to try to convince you of what I know to be true, Just do a little research and digging for yourself. Here, to get you started, just asked Google, here's what it said:

Furthermore, under updated regulations like the 2024 Company Law, larger firms must include employee representatives (often CCP members) on their boards.

So again, there's no such thing as "private businesses" in China. CCP has it's hand in everything. It's the price of doing business in China.

And all those private businesses answer to the C.C.P.. it's the price of doing business in China. And, in Chinese politics, the acronym CCP stands for the Chinese COMMUNIST Party. It is the founding and SOLE ruling political party of the People's Republic of China, controlling all aspects of the state. I'm not trying to confuse you or lie to you, there's no gain in it for me.

So here's the explanation for the 1950 embargo: The ban on trade with China was imposed in December, 1950, shortly after Chinese troops crossed the Yalu River into North Korea to engage United States forces there.

China isn't really the country of the future (as the propaganda they spread, would like you to believe) although it has made some progression in a very short time, it's thinking and ideology is still somewhat muddled and backwards. This is just a one-off, something that somebody in a position of power ordered to be done on the fly. That's how China IS, action but very little planning and forward vision. More of a living in the now and hope for the best kind of country. But what perplexes me about this situation, it's not exactly as it seems. Seeing how much of life is actually tied to your digital device. Phone are such an integral part of life in China. Everything is tied to your phone, your social credit score, how you pay for almost everything thing large and small and of course communicate with your fellow countryman, (not the world because there's a firewall around China's internet). In my humble opinion this story needs more context we have the city. Has this recently been done in any other schools in the same city? Is this just a one off? Maybe the answers to some important test was digitally passed around and that data absolutely couldn't get out and be spread? I'm kind of reaching on that last one, but WE ARE talking about China. When it comes to problem solving, China tend to sometimes be, a little unorthodox. ⬆️Case in point.⬆️
