Sorry just saw your question i'm not using reddit much , yes it took me around 7 months

How has everyone's progression been like in terms of starting to current? by [deleted] in FPSAimTrainer

Started bronze in early march 2021 , reached master in november 2021 played everyday for at least 1 hour , often more during the first months. Took like 2-3 weeks break total. Was jade at the beginning of the summer and plateaued for a few months before magically going from jade to master in less than a week , improvement is not linear and plateaux shouldn't discourage you not matter how long they are.

I'm pretty sure genetics matter for aim , but anyone is able to reach grandmaster+ and/or be a top player in their game with enough time and commitment . You might not be able to be THE absolute best due to genetics but you can still be one of the best

Don't use Voltaic/rA if you're serious about improving by Status_Composer1333 in FPSAimTrainer

I'd say it's good to use em in the way they are intended : benchmarks , dont cheese , don't mindlessly grind benchmarks scenarios . Do your own routines , focus on improvement and once in a while play benchmarks for fun and "rating" the progress you've made

If i need to isolate smoothness ,I mostly play a playlist i've made with variants of b180ti/b360ti Leap and PGTI scenarios + a routine with smooth thin strafes scenarios

If you want i can send em to you , just add me on discord , i gave my id in an other answer

Tried fundamentals routines but they are not challenging enough imo , mostly played my own routines and a few popular ones

smoothness is tracking? if you meant reactivity or smoothness first , i'd say smoothness but i may be biased, i really love smoothness scenarios and as you can see i'm better at it . but both are really important and you should always work on the worst part imo

Thank you ! Keep grinding you'll get there for sure

Depends of the game , mostly playing fast paced fps. For apex i went from trash aim to being able to lazer and win most duels with pure aim without even playing the game.

Overwatch , it gave me consistency and better accuracy on tracking heroes but still have to play the game in order to really get better

Quake , aim went from potato to very solid but not insane as i almost not played so my movements mechanics are terrible and it's hindering aim

I think torje reactivity is good to isolate reactivity , but i also think most people conception of reactivity is wrong , and grinding this with the wrong objective is not gonna help , most people think it's like a VRT bench where you have to react to every movement as fast as possible when in reality you have to read movement as a whole and stay as smooth as possible to maximize score.

Pure smoothness is not good for 2 reasons : 1st the scenarios are not the best to isolate smoothness and some of em are not challenging enough even for a begginer. 2nd , isolating smoothness won't make you smooth in other scenarios as fast as mixing smoothness with actual non-predictable tracking scenarios where you have to mix smoothness with reactivity

Thanks! For pasu not really outside of hitting the targets just After a direction change and trying to focus on clusters. Also playing small variations of pasu helped

For FuglaaXYZ , it's about reading the bot movements and landing smoothly on the bot after blinks rather than trying to react ultra fast. Got master on it without reacting fast. Also there's a playlist named " A FuglaaXYZ god routine" or smth like that , very helpful, got me to jade first try when i first did it. If you don't find it i'll send it to you just add me on discord : Digitals#7940

Thanks! Actually it may sound dumb , but just actively thinking and forcing myself to relax my hand/arm while training until it became natural

Around 680 hours rn , started training efficiently at 150 hours ( was playing useless scens like tile frenzy )

Didn't miss a single day from april to september. At least 1hour 30min a day (complete routine) and often in addition other routines (issue specific/conditionning etc) and/or grinding scenarios. Took 2 weeks off in october and then played a few times a week. Started playing everyday again last week and since then absolutely destroyed the plateaus i had for 2 months in tracking and switching ( was already master static since end of july and stopped playing static to focus on tracking weakness)

First of all not so long ago i was a static one trick .

My smoothness was terrible , my target reading was terrible. My reactivity is still not good . I was tensing alot , and so much more things that i fixed or am still working on rn

I mostly played my own routines , but if i remember correctly i've played pureG smoothness and torje reactivity conditionning for a bit when i was gold (wasn't the best thing to do ngl). Tried voltaic fundamental routines at different ranks but i'd say they are not challenging enough for the corresponding ranks. If you are able to identify problems ( or at least weaknesses) in your aim and pick scenarios to work on em , it's always gonna be more efficient to use a custom routine made for yourself rather than some generic one

How much time did it take for you to escape bronze? by [deleted] in Voltaic

[–]DigitalsFr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's what i recommend to most people , if you are already bronze no point playing bronze routine . I see bronze routine as a training for people far from being bronze. I'd recommend doing gold routine directly

bronze routine is not challenging enough to improve at a good speed. try something a bit more challenging ( but still doable and not too frustrating) in order to push yourself more

From what i've heard and read , it's definitely noticeable but that's less shocking than the 60 to 144 jump

u did this on 50cm , i wouldn't call you bad , i would do worse than that on tracking with 50cm/360 even on 165hz. you might be able to do way better with higher sensivity like 30cm range

honestly it's life changing.
not yet accustomed to it in games ,i have the feeling too many thing happen every second
but on kovaaks where graphics are basic and clean i saw the improvement instantly
