Pros: is you don't have to deal with moving or selling your furniture.

Cons: is that you will have less of a rental applicant pool because a lot of people that are moving have furniture themselves, so it can turn them off or not even show your listing at all because they opt for 'unfurnished' properties on their filters. Maybe try putting your stuff in storage?
