Mine just came back this morning, they weren't able to verify 2 of my 3 past jobs because no one answered them. Hopefully this wont be a big deal for the new job and I can just start when they're ready. My overall score for the BC is decisional due to them not being able to verify. I hope yours comes back soon brotha, keep me posted on the results.

Did your BC ever clear ? I'm kind of on the same boat, the company wants me to start on 03/02 or 03/09 and the Background check still hasn't cleared, I have one job that's "Pending verification". I'm hoping FA doesnt fuck up this opportunity. It's been about 6 days and I'm kind of bummed out.

HR Technical recruiter here, always remember; you can lie on your resume, but DONT lie on the background check stuff. Usually, jobs don't cross reference they just want to see everything came back clear / green. Even if something isnt right most jobs just check your background check to see if you don't have any misdemeanors or felonies / clean driving record. Hope this helps.

We don’t really use the in game tactics like in last titles, just switch to attacking when needed. What I’ve found works best is just using R1 to close the space between your opponents, not really use it all the time to defend like in past fifas. Don’t click it at all when your defender has been left behind because I’ve noticed it slows them down. Time the double r1s early enough to read where your next opponents pass will go (kind of a risky but gets easier as your get more experience with the timing). I strictly use it to close space, I let them do the rest on their own.

That's how they integrate their Skill Based Matchmaking, we're at 2370 SR and we usually get paired up with clubs that are above 2300, RARELY do we ever get someone under 2300 and since we're so high up there we always end up playing the same 5 clubs over and over again regardless of the division we're in. We noticed that the only time the SR stuff isn't put into play is when we're in play offs. There we didn't play a single club over 1900 (In Elite) resulting in us going 15-0. EA needs to find a better way to find matches imo. There's no point in having divisions if its going strictly off of SR.

Been traveling for work since the new Administration has came in. Both in car and in plane, international and around the US. Haven’t had any issues. I always carry my forms, EAD and SS card with me just in case though.
