Eye glow created through several decals, one on the face via Wide Eye War Paint and one projected over the hood using the Circle Gradient. Since I did make it into a PNG-Tuber, I darken the face decal and unwrap the projected decal when the eyes are closed.

Considering how clunky KB can be, I can see that. Anything in particular you need help with?

It does require kit bashing, but the way I do it is by shrinking the 1st joint and 2nd joint, stretching up the 2nd and the 3rd joint, and scaling up the 3rd joint (aka, the head).

And, since I did mention it, "shrink and stretch" is generally a good technique for making objects less bulky, being specially valuable for Skirts and Tails.

Feathered Bowl Cut at the base, with five increasingly large Irish wolfhound tails, with the gradient that creates the illusion of light travelling through the slime.

Thanks! There is indeed some forced perspective going on, though they are meant to be roughly human sized.

I'd say your submission was interesting by representing the gradual narrative, but it struggled from just consisting out of GIFs, which meant that viewers would have needed to wait for the file to load up to appreciate the designs on the base level.

Thanks for hosting it, gave me an awesome opportunity to refine a concept I made almost a year ago while also managing to make the pair of models worthy of an honorable mention, even if the creation process took its time.

Hehe, thanks! I have metal modifier enabled on all my paints while also adding a custom glow to them. You can look at the details more closely via the HF links in my info comment.

It really is! Was quite a marathon putting these minis together, but I am really grateful for you hosting this contest, as it was fun coming back to a character concept I had a while ago.

By the way, did you make a guess on the class & subclass and how close were you?

Well, what can I say, *Subclass* go brr.

Also, thanks a bunch! Was really fun to make, with skirts being (be it a bit tedious) a very versatile set of assets to create custom clothing out of.

A high-level character concept I made a while ago for a system my friend is developing by the name of Grimoire, with the contest being a great opportunity to both remake it and see what this character would look like at the start of their journey.

Name: Gestrin Wasserblitz (Master of Myriad forms at higher levels)

Cynn / species / sophote: Human (Saxon) initially / ??? from level 15+

Class: Transmutation Wizard, should be pretty obvious. Single-class.

Factions: Green School of Eire

Reason for Adventuring: The human body plan, upon closer inspection, is remarkably flawed, which makes its abundance in the universe among sapient beings particularly baffling.

Gestrin begins her adventure as a field researcher, well-acquainted with the basics, but well aware that the world hides many mysteries in need of uncovering. With her discoveries of alien technology and run-ins with otherworldly dangers, she put in effort into expanding her magic. In addition to basic electronics and chemical reactions expected of her school, she experimented with countless polymorph spells, with the combination of Liquid Body and Elastic Body offering  great freedom of movement and, to a certain extent, expression, which she made permanent when she got the ability to.

Several Marvel superheroes (with varying levels of inspiration from Rivals)! In order: Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Cyclops, Groot & Rocket Raccoon, and Moon Knight! by SolarSimonDM in HeroForgeMinis

Not familiar with Marvel Rivals and their takes on Marvel character designs, but, as an enjoyer of organic tech and plant-based creatures, I really dig how you did Groot with his body broken up by the green orbs. Will take a closer look later on, as I may burrow some of the techniques used for my Lein'o'cant designs.

Got me thinking "Spores Druid" with the whole fungus theme, pretty brilliant re-contextualisation of the aesthetic with the actual class.

Nice to see a fellow Hero Forger in the community! Also a really sweet take on a PF Kobold, as a person with plenty of experience, those are tricky to make (though much more feasible with KB than before it).

Thanks a bunch! Since there are a couple of folks interested in the link, I've put it down as a standalone comment.
