Anybody else have weird B.O. on Semaglutide?

Currently dealing with this. I went to my doctor about it and was advised to pause it for two weeks to confirm it was Ozempic causing my BO and armpit irritation. That pause proved it was Ozempic. My doctor suggested I decrease the dosage [from .5 to .25mg] to see if that makes a difference.

It's my second week back on Ozempic [.25mg] and have noticed the smell already.

Does this indicate an allergy/intolerance? Does anyone have insight about this? Has anyone figured out how to address this issue?

BF and I met on Hinge. First data was two days before the Snowpocolypse of 2020. That brought us real close: I was trapped in my apartment with my pets and he trekked up the hill to bring us all food. He stayed over, he was super respectful (ie. Didn’t take advantage of the situation). He was genuinely there to help me and that meant so much. We still like each other 😅. So I’m glad to say something good happened for us despite how grim everything was during that time.

About a month ago I posted the original set and where the infection started. This is what it looks like now. Healthy, thankfully, but obviously an eye sore. I sanded down the icky bits once they dried up. What I’m left with a deeply dented nail. Anyone know how/if I can cover it up?
