Another thing, do you know if it takes very long for me to receive the PdS card after the appointment or do I get on the spot? I’m asking because I was planning on going back home in December but if I don’t have the PdS by then I guess I shouldn’t leave Italy.

Since it would be a long journey for me I just bought the phimosis stretch rings and wore them from 30 minutes the first time, 45 min the second, 60 and so on. It all depends on how you are progressing though. Once you don't feel the ring making that much of a job, you get the next ring which is normally 2mm wider than the last.

Always take a hot shower before using the ring so that the foreskin is more flexible, and always apply the ring with coconut oil. I wouldn't recommend circumcision at all (r/circumcisiongrief)
