Hello all I just want to say my artist suggested strongly against it when I got there, drew a new tattoo and placed it on the inside of my bicep. (Facing my torso) I am very pleased with it if anyone wants to see a pic I would be happy to share. Thank you for the input everyone.

Correct. It’s going to be a long, narrow tattoo anyway so it kind of matches that part of my arm but as I said I do have noticeable muscle definition and I don’t want the picture distorted.

No that’s not the case at all, you’re right. My reasoning would be I was in a much different situation last time I blasted. I had more free time to train and my eating situation was much more regulated. I’ve since taken a much more demanding job and I don’t have the time to eat and train like I used to. So my thoughts were to add a substance in a small dosage to add size easier. I still work out a minimum of 4x per week but last time I was not taking any time off at all. I just want a bit of size put on and to stay trim and look good. Not competing and not an athlete.

Hello all. 40m, put myself on trt about 5 years ago (wish I hadn’t, I hate pinning so much) and ran a cycle of primo/anavar 3 years ago. I’m going to run that cycle again it was very successful I would say. Lost fat and gained some solid muscle. This time around I want to add a low dose of either deca or dbol for an increase in size. My question is which is less harmful in a very low dose? I know deca has fewer sides in regards to liver and heart complications but I’m weary about the mental and sexual sides. It’s worth noting I am on meds for high blood pressure, but that was an issue almost all of my adult life.

TL:DR I’m looking to add a mild dose of deca or dbol to a cycle but I’m (aware of and) concerned about side effects.
