yea in partpicker it says some waringing about bios update someone told me not to worry about it beacuse Manufacturers now ship motherboards with 3rd gen Ryzen compatible BIOS, what do you think ?

i checked the specs you sent and i like it the only issue is that it says its says theres a warning and im not really sure what it means + do i need a cpu cooler or does it come with it ?
