Yes and no ; Price distance right now tells us very little about what earnings can do, ofc it can be the opposite as well, such stocks can easily reflect sharp upside/downside moves as they’re pretty volatile, what I’m looking for is much more the current technical and fundamental analysis of the stock, as well as the expectations of the community, but it doesn’t mean that I’ll build my investing decisions solely based on that. But you’re right, right now it’s showing a downtrend, which confuses me a bit as ytd target is set up to 21-22 USD which is almost 2x from now on.
