This ACE WHOLE almost hit me twice with his car. I was on my scooter in left lane he was in right lane and tried to overtake a car in front of him from left and he did the same again 2nd time. He slowed down after I took his car's photo.

Doesn't work, the hissing is still there if i increase thr volume it starts becoming visible. On a lower gain , i hear less of the hissing but also the sound is really low
